Why Leaders need to Transform?
Data shows that the average lifespan of organizations on global indices (like SP 500, FTSE etc.) have reduced from 33 years in the 60’s to 12 years in the current times.
As a result of the phenomenon termed as Creative Destruction, corporate lifespans continue their downward trajectory. Signs point to ongoing changes in consumer and market behavior that were previously underway and which the global pandemic sharply accelerated.

Current challenges faced by leaders are playing out on multiple fronts –
Technological – Digitization and AI;
Geo-political; Economic – inflation, devaluation of currency etc;
Environmental – rapid rate of destruction of natural resources;
Tangible harm to the environment;
Social – lack of social cohesion/ divisiveness despite globalization;
Human Capital – shrinkage due to health issues, mental, emotional fatigue, little sense of belonging, not feeling valued by leadership.
