Workforce well-being is a critical component of the overall health of the organization and is a key contributor to the growth and success of the organization.

In the context of current global events, professionals are facing the following challenges –
: Emotional distress stemming from uncertainty about the future, health and safety of loved ones,
: Stress and Anxiety of the mind (81% of respondents in a recent study by AXA say that they are in a “poor” or “low” state of mind) due to blurring of boundaries between work and life for those working in a hybrid work culture, coupled with increased pressure to be more productive.
