Listening in its truest sense is the act of allowing complete expression in the speaker in
a safe, non-judgmental environment resulting in the speaker gaining clarity of thought and action through self-expression and self-discovery.
This act of deep listening is called Transformative Listening and involves the ability to listen from a space of emotional maturity and deep inner silence.
Levels of Listening
Transformative Listening is a phenomenon where the individual can listen effectively to
the four dimensions of the self – physical, mental, emotional, and Core Consciousness;
leading to an enhanced ability to listen to others from a space of inner silence and
emotional stability.
